My second law degree, a Master's of Law or LLM was gained at American University, Washington College of Law in the District of Columbia. In between these two Law degrees, I completed a Master's in Science of Management in Cambridge, Massachusetts at Arthur D. Little, now replaced by HULT International Business School. I am considered a subject-matter expert in certain areas of law such as US Immigration Law and International Joint-Ventures particularly in the area of Mining and Oil and Gaz. I have taken tutoring very early in my career. For every year of practice, I have systematically hired interns. They have come from many different foreign countries and the US States. I hold career development conventions with institutions of higher education around the world for internship and training of law and business students. These institutions include the New Jersey Institute of Technologies (USA), the University of Paris-EST Creteil, Val-de-Marne (France), Symbiosis University in Pune, India, and many more have been affiliated with my practice over the years. Transferring knowledge and seeing young professional nail-it is very gratifying to me.

I am also involved with the career development program for younger law students at American University, Washington College of Law (AU-WCL). Starting this semester, my task with this program is helping law students widen their professional networks and networking capabilities by, essentially, organizing and hosting dinners for 6 students or so, at a time, and matching them with colleagues of mine in the legal profession and other business areas. The themes, details, and conduct of these events are left to me. I am very excited to see how the connections I help create will evolve and benefit young professionals to

Although I am multi-lingual, my first language is French . I received a primary, secondary and college education in French. I have lived, worked and studied in France until my mid-twenties. My family still live in Normandy, North West of France. In college, I tutored children 7 and 9 years old for a full year. My own children were born in the United States and at home they first spoke French until pre-k when they adopted English as their main language. I remember traveling to Paris and picking up books and loads of audio programs to teach them proper French. I was very anxious that they may lose completely the opportunity to become true bilingual. I thought them at home and it did take a few trials, changing programs a couple of time. One of my two sons has now added a third language. He now lives in Bueno Aires, Argentina, where he picked up Spanish and took some classes to ensure he can speak and write Spanish very well. He is now a music teacher in Bueno Aires. Tutoring is enjoyable to me because I believe to be a natural teacher. I have a great interest in education as a field and in practice. It takes a desire to see younger people succeed at whatever to set their mind to. Specifically, children enjoy learning only when the teacher truly enjoy teaching them.

Test Preparation

Bar Exam,

Bar Exam

I hold A law degree from the University of Caen, France and an LLM, Master's of Law from American University Washington College of Law. While in practice I have tutored several of my firm intern for the New York Bar examination. My experience during my own bar exam preparation led me to ditch a commercial bar exam preparation company. I believe these companies are great but their methods can be overwhelming. Students must take into consideration their own best pace for learning and the strategies that have helped them best as learners. When tutoring, legal principles, and analytical skills practices are included. Along comes, issues spotting, organization, summarizing, and time testing. For assays and practice questions, I believe in practicing from the vantage point of a practitioner. Good answers then flow naturally, the issues are easily spotted and time is better managed.
