Ellen is great!

Ellen is always a good teacher. She’s patient and calm. She also obviously cares about the person and takes a bit of time to make sure life is ok and uses music to help sooth an off day. She obviously loves what she does.

I had my 1st lesson with her and she was delightful and encouraging. She did notice issues and did not judge she just suggested how to fix it and it was spot on! I recommend her to anyone and will defiantly have another lesson with her in the future. :)

Great Balance of Skills

My daughter tried three different teachers for voice lessons and enjoyed Ellen’s lessons the most out of all three. She really likes the way Ellen balanced some music theory/technique activities with singing songs that she enjoys. We’re excited to continue lessons with Ellen!

My First vocal Session

In Our first class we covered a little theory and the concept jazz vocal improvisation. We covered the importance of breath as it relates to tonal quality. I found Ellen to be both patient and knowledgeable.
