I'm Julia Bravo, a graduate of the Manhattan School of Music. I'm currently a touring musician and the Assistant Head of Music at French Woods Festival of the Performing Arts. While on tour, I travel the United States with musicals (Hairspray 2023-24/Peter Pan 2024-25) as a member of their Orchestra. At French Woods I have the ability to work side by side with students of all ages and skill levels to help build confidence and skills in a variety of musical settings.

Julia was patient, kind and inspiring. She was very helpful to my daughter as she prepares for her performing arts high school audition. Julia gave great instruction and advice and was very thorough. I highly recommend her!

Very patient with our daughter
Our daughter decided she wanted learn trumpet and Julie was very patient with her during her first lesson. Julie had fantastic examples to try and relate to our daughter so she could understand the concepts she needed to learn. Our daughter is excited to learn more.

Julia was very patient with my 13 year old. She did a wonderful job explaining her instructions about the instrument in away my child understood. We will continuing our lessons!
