I began tutoring, as many others, by helping my peers and classmates in class and out with homework and problem sets. After more than a few friends praised my abilities, I began tutoring more seriously through high school programs. Continuing into college, I found out about Penn State Learning, a peer tutoring group organized by the University. I tutored my freshman year through Penn State Learning all the 100 level of math that are offered at the Penn State.
I am excited and passionate about Math. I am an outgoing and social person, and I feel that my attitude is my biggest asset. I will look to create an even relationship during sessions and encourage growth through mistakes and trial. I look to engage in a peer like way with my students as I feel this is the best way to effectively learn. I look forward to helping many students in subjects that I enjoy so dearly.
