I am a certified teacher and a doctoral fellow, finishing my PhD at Columbia University in education and anthropology. I have extensive tutoring experience in a range of subjects. I have lived in Mexico, Bolivia, the DR, and traveled and worked extensively in Latin America.
For 5 years, I taught elementary school here in New York City.
I majored in theater and spent 3 years working as a playwright before going into education.
