Great Italian tutor
Francesca is an absolutely wonderful tutor. She is a native speaker, but she speaks slowly and clearly and with patience, so that even a beginner like me could understand her. Also, she helped me to speak much more than I thought I could! She is extremely knowledgeable about the Italian language and she also knows how to speak English, in case you need her to explain something in English. All in all, Francesca is an excellent Italian teacher and I can't recommend her highly enough.

Great first lesson!
Francesca and I had our lesson in a very nice and quiet place where it was easy to focus on what she was saying. The conversation was very diverse as we spoke about the history of Italy and the two Sicilies all the way to cannoli. I am looking forward to our next lesson!

Great session!
I had an in-person tutor session with Francesca and it was fantastic! Upon arriving for my session I immediately felt comfortable. I would consider myself an advanced beginner/low intermediate Italian speaker and told Francesca I wanted to focus on my conversational skills. She created a lesson plan specific to that. The lesson was discussion based. I was a bit rusty, but Francesca was extremely patient with me. She would politely correctly when I misused a word or verb conjugation. If you are looking to learn Italian in a fun way, I would highly recommend a lesson from Francesca. She is fantastic!

Very organized, very patient!
My lesson with Francesca was fantastic! There was no stress, and I felt comfortable immediately. She’s a native speaker of Italian, and I had an in-person lesson. This was great for me, because I learn much better when I can talk to a person, and hear the pronunciation more clearly. It’s so much better than any program you can download. Francesca had work to do, already prepared for me. We started with the basics of course, because I am just beginning to learn Italian. It felt like a real class, which is what you want of course! The hour flew by, and I wish I had booked a two hour session. I will definitely be seeing Francesca again, and I can’t wait for my Italian to improve with her so that I can start speaking it more comfortably to my friends and family in Italy!
