I am a co-founder & business leader in the real estate and infrastructure industry. During my professional career I've raised millions of dollars of venture capital and project finance money. I began as a financial analyst for companies specialized in real estate, commodities and government partnerships. I've worked on programs ranging from $20 million to more than $500 million. I graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 2013 with a major in finance and a minor in Chinese. In 2011, I received a scholarship to study at Zhejiang University in 2011, a school consistently ranked in the top 5 universities in China. While at URI, I was a member of the Ram Fund, a student run investment portfolio, where I would analyze and research undervalued companies. I've also graduated from Georgetown University in 2018 with a Master's in Real Estate Finance graduating Magna Cum Laude with a GPA of 3.94/4.0.

I have a variety of tutoring experience both online and in person. I previously developed and ran the finance internship program at a former company where I was responsible for training and tutoring all interns. Additionally, I was a finance and accounting tutor for my graduate program at Georgetown University and have more than 100+ of tutoring on WyzAnt.

I build financial models and sensitivity analyses on a regular basis using Microsoft Excel. I frequently use basic formulas such as, IF statements, vlookups, index, match, pivot tables, etc. However, I also build more complex financial models such as proforma and cash flow statements, debt sizing models, financial statements and more. I also have experience in other Microsoft Office Programs including Word, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook. My hours are flexible and can be available throughout the day with prior notice.

I graduated from the school of business at the University of Rhode Island with a major in finance and a minor in Chinese in 2013. Since then I have worked full time as a financial analyst with experience in asset-based lending, real estate, commodities and investing. I currently work with at a public-private partnership (P3) company where we partner with the government to help solve infrastructure challenges. I have also traveled throughout the country to meet with company executives seeking asset-based loan to discuss their sales, purchasing, inventory and financial data.
