I first began tutoring in my senior year in college and really enjoyed the experience. It was always a joy helping my students grasp new concepts they had difficult with before. During my graduate school days, I was a Teaching Assistant working with lots of students. I formed good relationships with my students and remain very fond of each and everyone of them.
My interest in languages peaked when I studied for 2 years in Barcelona, Spain. Oh what an experience it was. I cant wait to go back. Till today, I continue to work on my Spanish fluency. With my passion for languages and teaching, it was only a matter of time before I put those 2 things together so I got my TEFL Certificate and embarked on my English teaching journey.
I love teaching and imparting as much knowledge as I can. My teaching style is one where I am actively and passively assessing how my students are fairing in my classes on any given topic so I can adapt and make adjustments as needed. At the beginning of your journey, I map out a learning program customized just for you to help you achieve your goals for learning English.
