A Little About Me:
I've been an artist for over 20 years, and my work has been exhibited in galleries across the country and included in private and corporate collections. I studied painting at the Art Students League, the National Academy of Art, and NYU, where I completed MFA coursework. I also hold a Master’s Degree in Digital Imaging & Design.

I spent 11 years teaching in public schools and have trained adults in corporate settings. While my focus is now on private instruction, I’ve always found teaching to be incredibly rewarding—there’s nothing better than seeing a student light up when they discover a new skill or breakthrough in their art.

I have two degrees in art. I have studied at the Art Students League as well as the National Academy Museum and School. I have taught numerous children throughout Manhattan to draw. My website shows my my recent work.

Based in Manhattan, she offers engaging art instruction to children and teens, both online and in the comfort of their NYC homes. Carolynne’s teaching goes beyond technique—she encourages her students to cultivate imagination, confidence, and self-expression through art. Drawing on her experiences as a visual artist, her NYU education, and mentorship at the renowned Art Students League, Carolynne designs lessons that are both fun and enriching. Great tutor

Carolynne is a very patient and knowledgeable Photoshop tutor. She knows the program very well and has a teaching style that is very easy to follow. I had specific questions and she was ready with answers. She gives you notes to follow as she teaches you a lesson, allows you to perform the lesson, and doesn’t rush you. Also she followed up up with a review to make sure that I understood everything she taught.  This is a great solution for people who need to learn Photoshop well in a short amount of time.
