Meeraj helped me prepare for the GRE's and without his strategies, planning, study tips, and coaching I would not have been able to increase my GRE scores for both quantitative and verbal parts of the test. I came to Meeraj with very little confidence on how to tackle such an important exam and with very limited time to prepare for my following exam. Through his coaching I was able to come out of 5 weeks of tutoring with more confidence and knowledge about how to pace myself and tackle certain problems. Without these GRE strategies I would not have been able to obtain the 5-7 point increase I needed to apply to the graduate school programs I intended on applying to for a Masters in Speech Pathology. With Meeraj's help, the process of applying to grad school has become less of a burden because of the GRE score requirement for most schools. Currently I am waiting to hear back from programs such as Montclair, Temple, Columbia, and Adelphi University and none of that would have been possible without out Meeraj's help!

Phenomenal Teacher and Communicator
Coming into my first session with Meeraj, I’d taken a GRE prep course through my university, and I’d taken my first stab at the GRE general test. On that first attempt, I’d scored a 153 in Verbal and a 157 in Quant, which was far below my goal of scoring at least a 160 in both sections. I was definitely a bit worried I wouldn’t be able to hit my original target, with or without additional study time. However, I decided to keep going and signed up to have some sessions with Meeraj to work on my GRE skills. Over the course of our 11 one-hour sessions that spanned across 3 months, I managed to increase my scores by 10 points in Verbal and 6 points in Quant, putting me a fair margin above my original goal with a 163 in both sections. Throughout our lessons, he tailored our lesson plans to my particular learning style and helped me learn how to beat the tricky questions the GRE liked to throw at me, and I was so much more confident going into my next testing session. Overall, I simply cannot recommend Meeraj enough for any sort of standardized test prep, particularly for the GRE. He knows what he’s talking about, and he doesn’t mince words. Every minute in our sessions was a valuable minute that helped me reach my goal, and I can’t thank him enough for showing me that I was capable of scoring better than I originally ever thought I could.

Preparing for the SAT was hard for me, as I had tried other places like Princeton Review and such but it felt like they just didn’t work.
