I graduated from Harvard College with a degree in Computer Science and Statistics, earning Highest Honors in both fields. During my time at Harvard, I served as a Teaching Fellow for multiple computer science and statistics courses, including as Head Teaching Fellow for CS 51. In these roles, I worked directly with students to explain challenging concepts, debug programs, and develop stronger approaches to problem solving. I have also worked professionally as a software engineer, including at Meta, and conducted computer science research at Harvard culminating in a first-author paper accepted to ICLR 2026.

I enjoy working with students at different levels, whether you are encountering a subject for the first time, struggling with a particular course, or already doing well and looking to deepen your understanding. I can tutor computer science, Python, data structures and algorithms, discrete mathematics, probability, and statistics. In probability and statistics specifically, I served as a Teaching Fellow for Harvard’s STAT 110 and STAT 111 and completed graduate-level coursework in probability.

My approach to tutoring focuses on helping students become independent problem solvers. Rather than simply showing you how to solve the problem in front of you, I break difficult concepts into manageable pieces and use questions to help you reason toward a solution. I want you to understand not only what works, but why it works and how to recognize when to use a similar approach on a new problem. I adapt my explanations to each student’s current level and aim to create an environment where asking questions and working through mistakes are a normal part of learning.

Whether you need help understanding course material, completing practice problems, debugging code, preparing for an exam, or strengthening your overall problem-solving skills, I would be happy to work with you. My goal is for you to leave each session with both a clearer understanding of the material and greater confidence tackling problems.

Approved Subjects

Computer Science

Computer Science

I graduated from Harvard with a degree in Computer Science and Statistics, earning Highest Honors in both fields. At Harvard, I served as a Teaching Fellow for multiple computer science courses and as Head Teaching Fellow for CS51, where I helped students develop strong programming and problem-solving skills. I also have professional software engineering experience, including working as a Software Engineer at Meta. I can help with programming fundamentals, data structures and algorithms, Python, C/C++, JavaScript and coding interview preparation.
Data Structures

Data Structures

I graduated from Harvard with a degree in Computer Science and Statistics, earning Highest Honors in both fields. I served as a Teaching Fellow for multiple Harvard computer science courses, including as Head Teaching Fellow for CS 51. I have extensive experience with data structures and algorithms through both my academic background and professional software engineering experience, including as a Software Engineer at Meta. I can help students understand arrays, linked lists, stacks, queues, hash tables, trees, heaps, graphs, recursion, and common algorithms, as well as how to analyze their time and space complexity.
Discrete Math

Discrete Math

I graduated from Harvard with a degree in Computer Science and Statistics, earning Highest Honors in both fields. I served as a Teaching Fellow for multiple Harvard computer science and statistics courses, including as Head Teaching Fellow for CS 51. My computer science and statistics coursework and teaching experience gave me a strong foundation in discrete mathematics, including logic, proofs, induction, sets, functions, combinatorics, probability, graphs, and related topics. My goal is to help students understand the reasoning behind the material rather than memorize procedures. I focus on breaking down abstract concepts and developing a systematic approach to proofs and problem solving so students can confidently tackle unfamiliar problems on their own.
Probability

Probability

I graduated from Harvard with a degree in Computer Science and Statistics, earning Highest Honors in both fields. At Harvard, I served as a Teaching Fellow for STAT 110 (Introduction to Probability) and STAT 111 (Introduction to Statistical Inference), where I helped students develop intuition for probability and statistics concepts and work through challenging problems. I also completed graduate-level coursework in probability at Harvard, earning an A and developing a deeper understanding of probability theory beyond the introductory undergraduate level.
Python

Python

I graduated from Harvard with a degree in Computer Science and Statistics, earning Highest Honors in Computer Science. At Harvard, I served as a Teaching Fellow for multiple computer science courses, including as Head Teaching Fellow for CS 51, where I helped students strengthen their programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills. I have extensive experience using Python in both academic and professional settings. I have used Python for software engineering, computer science research, data analysis, and machine learning, and I previously worked as a Software Engineer at Meta. I can help students with Python fundamentals, object-oriented programming, debugging, data structures and algorithms, and more advanced problem solving.
