I'm Nicole! I work with high school and college students on interviews, internships, resumes, and career direction. I am a recent and former SVP at Goldman Sachs and Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Investment Bank, where I built new teams from scratch and designed the recruiting and hiring funnel, working closely with recruiters and internship programs to hire and mentor early-career professionals. I'm Nicole! I work with high school and college students on interviews, internships, resumes, and career direction. I am a recent and former SVP at Goldman Sachs and Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Investment Bank, where I built new teams from scratch and designed the recruiting and hiring funnel, working closely with recruiters and internship programs to hire and mentor early-career professionals. I understand what makes a candidate stand out and how recruiting decisions are actually made.

I also have an academic background and earned a PhD (ABD) at Columbia University, where I taught graduate and undergraduate students. I am currently studying at The Juilliard School and am also a mentor at Techstars, where I advise startup founders on market strategy and pitching to investors. I understand how different majors connect to different career paths and the internships and experiences needed along the way, and I enjoy helping students navigate the transition from school to the professional world.

Many students are more accomplished than they realize, but they do not yet know how to frame their experiences, tell their story, or present themselves professionally. These are skills that develop over time, especially with the right guidance.

I work with high school and college students on career direction, internships, resumes, and interviews, with a focus on helping students understand how the professional world works and how to prepare for it early. In my previous roles as an SVP at Goldman Sachs and an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan, I built teams and worked closely with recruiting and internship programs, so I understand how hiring decisions are made and what employers look for in early-career candidates. I help students develop both professional materials and the communication and interview skills needed to present themselves confidently and effectively. My work focuses on helping students translate their academic experiences, internships, and interests into a clear professional narrative and plan.

I work with students on developing research questions, structuring arguments, organizing sources, and managing the writing process.
