Hello, I'm Isabella! I'm a recent graduate from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where I obtained BA degrees in History and Classical Archaeology, and a minor in Italian. Throughout my education, I had the opportunity to work with countless amazing professors and history professionals, all of which taught me that there is much more to learning than just presenting material. I pride myself on breaking complicated topics down into digestible, pieces, assisting students who were otherwise struggling in succeeding. I have extensive academic and research experience, and graduated from UTK with both with Magna Cum Laude Honors and program-specific College of Arts and Sciences Honors! I additionally completed a 51 page undergraduate thesis during my senior year, and as a result, have plenty of experience with writing and reading comprehension (as well as archival/database research).
At present, I'm working towards my Master of Library and Information Science as a student at Pratt Institute. Through my coursework, I'm developing large ranges of understanding regarding educating all different age groups and populations. I have experience tutoring middle and high school students in history, and have worked in numerous museums and cultural institutions where educating students was a large part of my position.
