I am a graduate of Haverford College, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree summa cum laude with high honors in Cultural Anthropology and a minor in Spanish. My academic training emphasized intensive writing, research, and critical analysis, and I completed an undergraduate thesis that required long-term independent research, drafting, and revision. Throughout college, I developed strong skills in academic writing, reading comprehension, and social science coursework, which form the foundation of my tutoring approach. I am especially prepared to tutor in writing, English, humanities, and study skills, and I enjoy helping students build confidence in subjects that may feel overwhelming at first.

I have several years of experience working directly with students in both educational and mentoring roles. As a summer intern with an academic enrichment program, I helped develop curriculum and supported middle and high school students in classroom and small-group settings. I focus on meeting students where they are, breaking complex assignments into manageable steps, and helping them develop skills they can use independently in the future.
