My academic background is in Biomedical Engineering, where I earned a B.Eng with a strong focus on biology, data processing, and analytical problem solving. This training gave me a solid foundation in life sciences as well as the ability to break down complex systems into clear, understandable concepts. Studying biomedical engineering strengthened my critical thinking skills and deepened my appreciation for how biology and data intersect in real-world applications, which I enjoy sharing with my students.

I have approximately six months of tutoring experience working with both primary and secondary school students in biology and data-related subjects. My experience includes one-on-one sessions where I supported students with coursework, homework, and exam preparation, adapting explanations to suit each learner’s level and pace. Working with younger students taught me the importance of clarity and patience, while teaching secondary school students helped me develop strategies for explaining more advanced concepts in a way that feels approachable rather than overwhelming.

My tutoring style is flexible and student-centered. I focus on understanding how each student learns best and adjusting my approach to build both knowledge and confidence. I am passionate about education and genuinely enjoy helping students grow, ask questions, and feel more comfortable with challenging material. My goal is not only to help students improve academically, but also to encourage curiosity and a positive attitude toward learning that stays with them beyond our sessions.
