I’m a Princeton University graduate with a strong background in writing, research and film/video production. I graduated from Princeton University with a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and a minor in Visual Arts. I culminated my studies by completing two substantial senior thesis projects, a 50-page philosophy paper and a short film, both of which were awarded for excellence in their respective disciplines.

I developed strong writing skills through significant university coursework in Philosophy, Comparative Literature, English and Creative Writing. I believe that clarity, structure and precision of language are key elements in effective writing. I have four years of experience workshopping and peer-editing a diverse array of academic papers, personal essays and creative writing pieces. I also have professional experience evaluating and developing screenplays for award-winning film production companies. Furthermore, I have used my strong writing, research and video production skills to develop digital content for the Whitney Museum of American Art. That being said, aside from writing, I am well-versed in film/video production, and familiar with the softwares used in post-production under Adobe Creative Suite. Additionally, I have one year of experience tutoring elementary school students with homework in all subjects.

I’m a firm believer in the importance of creating a supportive and fun learning environment for my students, encouraging curiosity and a love for learning. I can work with elementary to college level students. I am also well-equipped to help students throughout the college application process. I understand that the learning process looks different for everyone, so I’m willing and able to accommodate different needs and take suggestions to better support each student. Feel free to reach out with any questions or schedule a lesson! I provide prompt responses.
