I am a Cornell University pre-med student studying Biological Sciences with a strong foundation in General Chemistry, Biology, and academic writing. Throughout my academic career, I’ve taken advanced STEM coursework, conducted research, and supported fellow students as both a peer mentor and private tutor. My goal is to help students understand the material and develop study habits that can carry into any course.

I have experience tutoring high school and college students in one-on-one settings, as well as leading group review sessions before exams. I’ve helped students prepare for AP Biology, General Biology, General Chemistry, college essays, and foundational writing courses. I tailor every lesson to the individual student. Some students need clear, structured explanations; others need lots of examples and practice problems; others need help organizing their study time. I work to meet each student where they are and guide them toward improvement.

My tutoring approach is built on three ideas: clarity, strategy, and confidence. First, I break down topics into simple steps. Then, I teach students how to study smarter, not longer using active recall, spaced repetition, and concept mapping. Finally, I encourage every student to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow at their own pace. I’ve seen students go from overwhelmed and unsure to proud of their progress, and that is the most rewarding part of what I do. I’m here to help you get there too.
