She will challenge you and make sure you are truly prepared rather than simply telling you what you want to hear. She genuinely cares about your outcome and your success, and she is not afraid to be honest when you need to step it up or when there are areas that need improvement. What I appreciated most, though, was that she never left me on an island to figure things out on my own. When she identified areas where I was struggling, she provided the support, guidance, and resources I needed to improve.
