Hi, I am a student at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, where I have a 3.94 GPA. I graduated from Horace Mann High School in 2023 and recently went through the real estate private equity recruiting process. Alongside my coursework at my university, I have completed educational training programs including Project Destined’s Real Estate Private Equity Internship Course, Real Estate Development Financial Modeling Course, the REFM program, and the A.CRE Accelerator Financial Modeling Course. I also participated in a real estate fund course at Ross, where I pitched a ground-up self-storage investment. These experiences have given me both technical expertise and a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to learning.
I bring several years of tutoring and mentoring experience across different subjects and age groups. From 2020 to 2024, I worked with middle school students to help them strengthen their literacy and math skills. Since 2022, I have tutored a Ukrainian student in English, helping him improve his language skills through patience, encouragement, and practical conversation. More recently, I have mentored college students interested in real estate careers, guiding them through recruiting, conducting mock interviews, and testing their conceptual understanding of investment topics. In all of these roles, I encourage my students to think critically and not just memorize answers. My tutoring approach is centered on patience, adaptability, and encouragement. I believe mistakes are valuable learning opportunities, and I make sure my students feel supported as they work through challenges. By tailoring lessons to each student’s learning style, I help them build long-term confidence. I enjoy tutoring because I was mentored myself and know the difference it can make. Giving back by sharing knowledge I have worked hard to build is meaningful to me, and I find it rewarding to help students feel less anxious about difficult material and more confident in their abilities.
