Hi, I am a student at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, where I have a 3.94 GPA. I graduated from Horace Mann High School in 2023 and recently went through the real estate private equity recruiting process. Alongside my coursework at my university, I have completed educational training programs including Project Destined’s Real Estate Private Equity Internship Course, Real Estate Development Financial Modeling Course, the REFM program, and the A.CRE Accelerator Financial Modeling Course. I also participated in a real estate fund course at Ross, where I pitched a ground-up self-storage investment. These experiences have given me both technical expertise and a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to learning.

I bring several years of tutoring and mentoring experience across different subjects and age groups. From 2020 to 2024, I worked with middle school students to help them strengthen their literacy and math skills. Since 2022, I have tutored a Ukrainian student in English, helping him improve his language skills through patience, encouragement, and practical conversation. More recently, I have mentored college students interested in real estate careers, guiding them through recruiting, conducting mock interviews, and testing their conceptual understanding of investment topics. In all of these roles, I encourage my students to think critically and not just memorize answers. My tutoring approach is centered on patience, adaptability, and encouragement. I believe mistakes are valuable learning opportunities, and I make sure my students feel supported as they work through challenges. By tailoring lessons to each student’s learning style, I help them build long-term confidence. I enjoy tutoring because I was mentored myself and know the difference it can make. Giving back by sharing knowledge I have worked hard to build is meaningful to me, and I find it rewarding to help students feel less anxious about difficult material and more confident in their abilities.

Business

Business

I’m a Business Administration student at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business with a focus in Real Estate Finance. Through my coursework and internships in private equity, acquisitions, and asset management, I’ve gained hands-on experience analyzing markets, evaluating investments, and understanding how to be successfully in recruiting processes with firms. My approach when tutoring students combines a fundamental understanding of basic real estate concepts with knowledge on the current real estate market and how the economy impacts the industry, with clear explanations to help students apply the concepts confidently in interviews.
Interview Prep

Interview Prep

I’ve successfully guided multiple students through interview preparation, helping them secure competitive summer internships. Last semester, I went through the interview process myself and gained firsthand experience with both behavioral and technical questions across the most competitive real estate roles. I also lead an interview preparation club at my school, where I mentor students and teach strategies to stand out in the competitive recruiting process.
Real Estate

Real Estate

I’ve completed real estate private equity, acquisitions, development, and asset management internships, gaining hands-on experience underwriting and analyzing deals across multifamily, office, retail, hotel, and self-storage assets. I’ve also mentored students interested in breaking into real estate, helping them learn technicals and market knowledge. At my school, I teach real estate technicals through a student-led club. Most recently, I interned on an Acquisitions team for a REIT and underwrote 4 deals.
