The IB program trained me to write analytically, manage complex projects, and think across disciplines, skills I now pass on to my students.
As a native Spanish speaker, I teach with an emphasis on real conversation and cultural context rather than rote memorization. Before Fordham, I helped and worked with peers on IB exams and essays in history, global politics, and Spanish. I now continue working in writing and humanities, helping students structure arguments, polish research papers, and prepare presentations.
My style is personal, patient, and flexible. I adapt to each student’s learning style and use discussion and real-world examples to make lessons engaging. My goal is to build not only stronger skills but lasting confidence as independent learners.
