I hold a Master of Science in Operations Management and Information Systems, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, and an Associate of Arts degree with a focus in design. This educational foundation allows me to bridge both the analytical and creative sides of learning, making it easier for students to grasp practical concepts in business, project management, technology, and professional skills. Over the course of my career, I have applied these skills in leadership roles across healthcare, retail, nonprofit operations, and large-scale event coordination, and I am eager to bring this same expertise to students seeking clarity and confidence in their learning.

My teaching and mentoring experience spans more than 15 years in professional environments where I trained colleagues, coached new team members, and guided students of varying ages in mastering tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and project management methodologies. I have worked one-on-one, in small groups, and in classroom-style workshops, adapting my approach to meet the learner where they are. My style is interactive and supportive: I break down complex information into manageable steps, provide real-world examples, and create a learning environment where questions and exploration are encouraged.

I have taught young adults preparing for careers, professionals transitioning into new roles, and peers looking to strengthen their communication and organizational skills. Whether teaching teenagers the basics of event planning, helping college students master Excel, or guiding working professionals through project management principles, my goal is always the same: to equip learners with knowledge they can use immediately and the confidence to keep moving forward.
