With a strong academic foundation and a deep understanding of the MCAT, I bring a highly personalized and results-driven approach to tutoring. I graduated with honors in Biological Chemistry from the University of Chicago, where I received the Frances E. Knock Prize for Outstanding Academic Achievement, and I am currently pursuing my MD at Columbia University's Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons. I scored a 522 on the MCAT, and my academic training has included extensive coursework and research in biochemistry, biology, chemistry, and physics—core areas of the exam. My experiences as both a researcher and teaching assistant have further sharpened my ability to explain complex topics clearly and effectively.

Over the past three years, I have tutored students one-on-one in preparation for AP exams and rigorous college-level science and math courses at top undergraduate institutions. This work has given me deep insight into the foundations necessary for MCAT success. My tutoring method emphasizes content mastery, critical thinking, and test-taking strategy, all tailored to the student’s learning style and timeline. At the University of Chicago, I also served as a tutor and teaching assistant for courses such as general and organic chemistry, calculus, and biochemistry—directly aligning with the MCAT's content areas. My goal is not only to help students achieve high scores, but also to build their confidence and reasoning skills for success in medical school and beyond.
