As an essay tutor throughout my four years of college, I made sure that all of students I tutored not only put forward the best work possible, but understood how to apply what I was telling them so they could continue to improve. I sat down with them in 1:1 sessions and worked with them until they not only understood what we were discussing, but until the essay was ready to submit.
