I am a senior undergraduate student (2025 Grad) majoring in Applied Mathematics & Statistics. Prior to attending my current institution, I also studied Computer Science at another school, for which I received an Associates Degree, Magna Cum Laude. Up to this point, I've studied and excelled in Algebra, Calculus (I,II,III), Differential Equations, Discrete Mathematics, Linear Algebra, Data Analysis, Computational Geometry, Operations Research, and Data Structures & Algorithms (C++/Java). At the moment, I am a teaching assistant for an introductory Statistics course at the university level, giving office hours each week to a class of 300+ students.
My main focus is to help my students succeed. I come from a long line of educators -- my grandmother was a Kindergarten teacher, my grandfather was a headmaster, and my father has been a Mathematics teacher for many years, so it runs in my veins. I also know that teaching for retention is paramount; I seek to equip each of my students with skills that they can carry with them long after the conclusion of our session(s).
