I am a Senior at Columbia University studying neuroscience. I have been tutoring for over 6 years — most recently during the 2023-2024 school year for 15 Columbia Intro Biology students. The students that I tutored all scored in the top 20% of their classes and received at least an A-. I, myself, have received an A in every all stem classes in high school and college (chemistry, physics, biology, organic chemistry, and up to linear algebra/ differential equations). I have scored a 5 on all STEM AP exams (physics 1 and 2, chemistry, biology, calc 1 and 2, and psychology) and 800's on SAT math 2 and physics. So, I have first hand knowledge about how to excel in these high school or college classes. I will share exactly how I went about preparing for these courses and provide all the resources that I used (including in depth notes and resources to read). I will provide my personal contact info to all my students and make myself available at any time for questions or doubts, especially during exam weeks. I always work according to the student's schedule and learning preferences.
