Sarah has taught English, Latin, History, Italian, ESL, and Art in Greenwich and Westport CT, Santa Barbara CA, New York City, Palm Beach, Lugano Switzerland, and Ferrara Italy and tutored Executive Functioning Skills, Test Prep, Humanities, Language Arts, English, History, Foreign Languages, Creative Writing, and Art to students in grades K -12, college students, and adults for almost two decades.
Sarah was recently a maternity leave replacement and interim teacher at The Buckley School in New York City. She taught English and Latin to 7th and 8th graders for the first semester and K-3 Lower School Art in the second semester. Sarah Crawford is an alumna of Tufts University with a dual major in Italian Studies and English, Cum Laude. She received a Master of Arts in Italian Literature through Middlebury College and the University of Florence. Sarah has completed Post-baccalaureate Latin and English courses at Columbia University and she is on track for her Masters of Arts in English at Lincoln College, Oxford, through Bread Loaf at Middlebury College. She is currently getting her NYS and NYC teaching certification and MST in Education.
