Alexandra and I met less than a dozen times for one-hour sessions leading up to the January LSAT, and it was definitely the most effective element of my study regimen. Before beginning tutoring sessions with Alexandra, I had been getting practice scores in the low to mid 150s. I received a 159 on my LSAT prior to having tutoring sessions with her. I had paid for tutoring with a different tutor previously, but it personally didn't seem very helpful for my style of learning. But I was very, very pleased to see my practice score jump to 166 after a few weeks of studying and tutoring with Alexandra. I think what contributed most to my improvement was Alexandra's use of timing drills and stress tests. The hour-long sessions are intensive and you come out of them knowing you've improved your speed and accuracy. When I first started studying for the LSAT, I was hesitant about tutoring because it's very expensive. But ultimately, the LSAT is an investment, and if you choose the right tools and surround yourself with people who can make a meaningful impact, you'll see your ROI very quickly. Alexandra is a great tutor, and I'm really thankful for how much she helped me. Can't recommend her enough. She's also incredibly kind and very flexible when it comes to scheduling.
