Far exceeded our expectations

Kandice is patient, flexible, and kind, and she explains things in a way that makes sense. My son started working with her near the end of the previous school year to prepare for the Geometry regents exam and we wished he had started working with her sooner! She quickly strengthened his understanding of the material over just a handful of sessions. He met with her weekly for support in Algebra II over the past school year and whether it was test prep or homework support or topic review, she helped him to feel confident and stay on top of his learning in math all year long. She offered great session recaps and insights into how he thinks about math, and was always communicative and willing to come up with scheduling solutions when needed. She is a fantastic tutor - highly recommend!
