This is an offer to serve as a kiruv-speaker, and/or a Limudei Kodesh teacher in Torah, Judaism, Talmud, Hebrew Bible, Jewish history, and Bar Mitzvah and Judaic Studies, especially for teens and adults; or to guide people who seek to convert. My life's work has been teaching public classes and private-tutoring, in all Torah-topics at many age-levels, with special attention to hashkafa and kiruv. This is an offer to serve as a kiruv-speaker, and/or a Limudei Kodesh teacher in Torah, Judaism, Talmud, Hebrew Bible, Jewish history, and Bar Mitzvah and Judaic Studies, especially for teens and adults; or to guide people who seek to convert. My life's work has been teaching public classes and private-tutoring, in all Torah-topics at many age-levels, with special attention to hashkafa and kiruv. I have also taught Jewish history, Hebrew (modern and ancient), and Ashkenaz-laining (Torah-reading). I have served 10 years as an assistant yeshiva-Dean and admin; and I have semicha (Rabbinical ordination). Also: 26 years tutoring groups of children (ages 4-22), including some with special needs; and 6 years teaching in women’s seminaries.
My method is one of exploration; delving beyond the translation, into deeper content and allusions, background information, and correct pronunciation, punctuation, and etymology. This method will be tailored per your requests, and will allow for the inclusion of materials that you suggest.
Languages: Fluent in English and Hebrew (both Ashkenaz and Sefardi), including grammar. Intermediate in Yiddish. I’ve contributed content to Quora, which may be found under the nickname Dan Galilee. I will accept students online, or travel to them within Manhattan. Both individuals and groups will be accepted.

I've been studying this and other Judaic-topics for my entire adult life, in Rabbinical colleges and privately. I have study-partners in Hebrew Bible and the Talmud (Gemara), which draws heavily upon the Bible, providing depth and commentary. My Yeshiva-studies in Shor Yoshuv College included exams in the Bible.

I lived in Israel for over 20 years, becoming fully fluent in modern Hebrew. I learned ancient Hebrew, and Aramaic, from the Torah. I have written and published a text of commentary entirely in Hebrew.

I have kept and learned the tenets of Judaism for the last 50 years; and have taught all areas of Jewish belief and practice, to children, teens, and adults, privately and publicly, women and men. I have Rabbinical ordination and am active in synagogue, leading prayers and teaching. I have studied the Jewish prayerbook and laws of prayer, from numerous sources.
