Alison is a leader on the Talent Acquisition team at a big 4 firm in NY. In this role, she partners with the Advisory service line executives and recruits experienced talent to the Strategy practice within Deal Advisory & Strategy. Prior to this, she worked on the Professional Services team at a global search firm where she was responsible for placing Executives within the big 4 and big 3 strategy firms. She also served as VP, Executive Recruitment at a global marketing and communications company where she spent 8 years on the Talent Team and was responsible for attracting top talent and placing senior executives.
Alison started her career in Financial Services at a fintech company. She then worked on an equity execution desk on the sell side and buy side before making the transition to Executive Search.
Alison graduated from Gettysburg College with a BA in Political Science.
