After 37 years on the NYSE floor as a trader and owner of 2 Broker Dealers I retired from trading in 2020 and have been tutoring for the past 4 years helping students from Northwester ins Morgan Stanley Goldman Tradeweb and market makers and BDs galore.

I am a retired principal and compliance officer for 3 different New York Stock Exchange BDs and was simultaneously an NYSE Member( Equity Floor Trader) for 35 plus years. I have passed and still hold the series 7 14( compliance) 63 ( blue sky)and 24 ( Principal) finra registrations. This includes all the continuing education required for those exams. My CRD number on is 1593457. I developed the continuing education firm element for 2 NYSE bds and have helped many of my associates to pass their exams. In my free time I am the program director for a large youth sports program in NYC. We use the power of basketball to try and make the children better citizens.
