Prior to starting my college education I lived abroad in Northern, Germany. This experience enabled me to later minor in German, and to go on to tutor individuals successfully in German. In my free time (which is not much) I love to explore the outdoors, play soccer, play the guitar, and read.
As I am a current medical student, and as I have received my PhD in Physiology and Developmental Biology, I taken courses in chemistry (biochemistry, organic, and inorganic) physics, molecular biology, anatomy, physiology and many more. In regards to the biomedical field, I have additionally been able to publish in peer reviewed scientific journals. I have taught and tutored Physiology and Embryology previously as well.
Aside from taking 4 years of German in high school, I lived abroad in northern Germany for two years which allowed for me to hone my language skills. After returning home from Germany, I continued to polish my language skills by pursuing a German undergrad minor. Additionally, during this same time period I tutored students in German, and was able to help them test out of a semester of German.
