I also enjoy the challenge of staying active, being fit, and eating healthy. After a 4 Year culinary arts program in which I received a certificate, it became my passion. I loved learning about different cuisines and techniques, and I was always eager to experiment in the kitchen. Along my journey I advised and educated clients about the benefits of eating healthy. I spent years advising adults and children on how to stay Consistent & Committed to their health journey. Some of my methods include how to prepare healthy meals in under 20 minutes, preparing meals for the week, cooking with foods that don't include certain ingredients and cutting foods out of your diet forever. My mentees all have great success stories from working with me. Its the best part of the job and why I love mentoring. Knowing that I had a positive effect in turning their dreams into reality is all I could ask for. I have created unique breakfast, lunch & and dinner menus and , as healthy snack options. I love a challenge, no matter what your current situation, I will and can help you by creating a menu that reflects your personal style. I am excited to share all my knowledge with you.
In addition to my passion for food, I am also passionate about fitness. I believe that eating healthy and staying active are essential for a long and happy life. I have always been active, I started taking my fitness to the next level more than 30 years ago. Because of hereditary heart disease, HPB etc. I started working out regularly and eating a healthy diet. Whether your goal is to lose weight, eat healthy, stay fit or self-love, Im here to help.
