English: At UChicago and Andover I spent lots of time in English classrooms, developing a love for writers such as William Blake and James Joyce that has persisted. As mentioned I taught English literature in Beijing, China in the summer of 2015, teaching the novel "The Outsiders" to a group of students preparing for secondary schools abroad, and was highly regarded by my colleagues and students.
Additionally, my undergraduate degree from Chicago, with general honors, was in Philosophy. This provided me with a very strong foundation in analyzing writing I hope to share with you or your student!
Writing/Admissions Essay Coaching:
I have successfully advised many students in their personal statement creation for college, medical school, and graduate school. All these students secured admissions into one of their top-choice schools.
