Bio

After college I worked for thirty-one years with IBM. As an advisory, and then senior, software engineer I served as a mentor and leader of multiple large software projects. I enjoyed challenging my co-workers and watching them respond and achieve success.

After retiring from IBM I worked for five years as a tutor. I taught all ages and most subjects. My specialty was Mathematics. I found the most success when I was able to capture the student's imagination and provide an environment...

After retiring from IBM I worked for five years as a tutor. I taught all ages and most subjects. My specialty was Mathematics. I found the most success when I was able to capture the student's imagination and provide an environment where learning was challenging, but fun. Moving from California to New York put my tutoring career on hold. I am eager to start again; please consider me for your tutoring needs.
