I have been tutoring for the last 9 years in a variety of subjects, and have always greatly enjoyed improving students' skills in topics such as pre-algebraic math, as well as writing, english, and all levels of editing. Tutoring was an early job that has since turned into one of my greatest passions. I am thrilled each time a student of mine feels more confident in their abilities, at-ease with working to reach their potential, or less worried approaching an upcoming event in school.

In all sessions, whether I am actively editing, assessing work a student has previously accomplished, or explaining to gauge a student's understanding of material, I believe in creating an environment with open conversation.
I have been tutoring in pre-algebraic math for the past 9 years. I am incredibly adept in teaching levels 4th-8th grade and am at my happiest explaining proportions, fractions, and word problems!
