Hi there, My name is Ka. I received my Bachelor of Science in Health Science from SUNY Stony Brook University in 2008 and completed a certification program in Radiology Technology. I had worked as a radiologist technologist for 2 years before I proceed to PA school. I then received my Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at SUNY Downstate Health Science University in 2013 and have been working as a board-certified Physician Assistant since 2014, with specialized experience in Hospital Medicine, Cardiology and Critical Care Medicine. I have also been a clinical preceptor for PA students throughout the years.
Although I do not have official tutoring experience, I do have experience teaching and guiding health science/PA students using active engagement and strategic questioning to promote critical thinking and provide constructive feedback. I also provide personalization/customized instruction depending on the learning style. I offer help/tutoring for health science students, PA/NP students, as well as PANCE/PANRE.
