I am a NY STATE certified teacher in ESOL and Russian language. I have an experience in working as a private tutor with students at different levels of education and language proficiency. I have also being engaged in assisting therapists as a translator both Russian and English.
As a teacher I have an experience in developing and implementing effective lessons and programs and applying different approaches such as utilizing music, poetry, etc. as a part of interdisciplinary approach in teaching. I believe my diverse skills and experience will enable me to develop students language proficiency.
My goal is to foster and maintain an open and supportive environment where the students are encouraged to learn and explore Russian language and culture.
