I am a music professional, composer, and doctoral candidate pursuing a D.M.A. in Music Composition and Arranging at Five Towns College. I am also an Avid Certified Pro Tools Specialist. I had opportunities to collaborate with new music ensembles, including Hypercube, loadbang, Invoke, Hub New Music, and others. I have worked closely with established professionals in the field, some of whom have composed music for HBO, Sundance TV, and Pokemon movies, including a judge for the Academy of Motion Picture Awards. I am working on solidifying my career as a composer and am eager to pass on my knowledge to budding musicians. I played the horn for nearly twenty years, studying with high-caliber professionals in the field, including an active Broadway and freelance performer.

I am a composer and doctoral candidate pursuing a D.M.A. in Music Composition and Arranging at Five Towns College. I received an M.F.A. in Music Composition from Vermont College of Fine Arts and a B.S. in Music from Hofstra University. I collaborated with new music ensembles, including Hypercube, loadbang, Invoke, Hub New Music, and other groups. In addition to scoring for chamber ensembles, I have composed music for full orchestra, symphonic band, chorus, and other platforms. I also specialize in music production and technology and am an Avid Certified Pro Tools Specialist. I studied composition with Ken Lampl, Paul Chihara, Rick Baitz, Diane Moser, Ravi Krishnaswami, Don DiNicola, Masatora Goya, Tony Romano, and Steve Briody.

We figured out how to work around part peculiarities in Musescore 4. David showed me a bunch of things I didn't know about the program, helped me figure out where to find info, and gave some good feedback on the composition. He followed up afterward by making me a tutorial video of how to do the thing that was stumping us both during the class.
