I currently litigate complex commercial litigation disputes in State and Federal Courts. As essential for success in my industry, I am an exceptional at writing, organization, critical thinking, and public speaking. With respect to tutoring, my students can expect to learn how to understand and analyze complex concepts, write clearly and concisely, and gain self-confidence in these skills. Further, I can teach students how to deal with the stress of public speaking, which also should positively affect any social anxiety one may regularly experience.

Reading, Writing, Proofreading, and Public Speaking.

I passed the bar exam on my first time while studying smarter, not harder. Too often those studying for the bar burn themselves out, which often leads to failing the exam. In contrast to pure memorization, my approach focused on practicing questions, and reviewing and understanding the correct answer. By the day of the exam, I felt prepared and was unnerved by challenging questions and essays.

I will make myself as available to you as possible. I never speak to anyone with condescension, and will never make you feel inferior for asking any questions. By the end of our sessions, I am confident that you will be more confident in whichever subject we practice and ready to embark on your future endeavors.

Approved Subjects

Bar Exam

Bar Exam

I passed the New York Bar Exam UBE on my first attempt. I studied smarter, not harder, by keeping a strict schedule and not over-studying. I also narrowed my studies to the subjects most tested. I especially mastered answering MBE questions, and developed my own method for doing so.
Baseball

Baseball

I formerly pitched in high school and Junior College before suffering an elbow injury. I have received many lessons and learned many workouts through my baseball career. I have also been giving lessons to an 8th grade pitcher who has seen at least 5 MPH increase on his fastball.
Legal Writing

Legal Writing

I am a commercial litigation attorney who regularly practices before trial level and appellate level courts in State and Federal Courts. Due to my oral and written advocacy skills, I have selected to the Super Lawyers, Rising Stars list for the New York Metropolitan Area. In law school, I dedicated myself to improving my legal writing was awarded the CALI award in Legal Drafting: Litigation, for receiving the top grade in my class. I regularly mentor and assist junior lawyers at my firm with their legal writing and research skills.
Proofreading

Proofreading

I am commercial litigation attorney who practices before trial level and appellate level State and Federal Courts. Due to my written and oral advocacy skills, I have been selected as a Super Lawyers, Rising Star in the New York Metropolitan Area (only 3% of attorneys selected). I regularly assist junior lawyers in my firm by proofreading their drafts and instructing on how they can improve their writing and research skills.
Public Speaking

Public Speaking

As an attorney, I am regularly tasked with speaking before open court rooms. In law school, I competed on and coached teams in national mock trial competitions. I have developed an approach to dealing with the nerves that naturally arise during public speaking in order to deliver a clear and cohesive speech or argument.
Reading

Reading

As an attorney, a majority of my day consists of reading complex legal documents, statutes, and arguments. In my opinion, grade schools and colleges fail to adequately teach logical reading, which leaves most at a disadvantage when reading legal and business documents. Further, in my opinion, most educational institutions are not equipped with the resources to improve upon a students reading comprehension skills--which, not only requires an understanding of vocabulary and sentence structure, it requires extreme focus.
Writing

Writing

I am an exceptional writer and academic award winning writer in law school. I regularly draft winning motions and briefs submitted to state and federal courts. When writing, my goal is to maintain an active voice, while showing and not telling my points in a clear and succinct manner.
