Hello, I am Jose! I am a 7-12 licensed math teacher. Being in a classroom is a great feeling for me. Being able to reach students and help them out if they have any misconceptions or questions. But I also realized that there are more students out there that need help. I try to bring a sense of calm to my tutoring sessions as I know being face to face with a teacher can be daunting and intimidating.

I have 3 years of teaching experience and about 5 years of tutoring experience from the start of my college career. I tutored high schoolers from algebra through precalc and middle schoolers starting from age 7. At my school normally I would be the teacher stating late to hold tutoring sessions for kids that needed it as well. They could ask questions or get homework help if they needed it.
