My approach to teaching is to try to break down the content we're studying so that every concept makes intuitive sense, so you don't have to rely on memorization, you can instead reason about the problems you face to get to their solution. I try to emphasize getting a good grasp on the basic concepts you need to become a good developer. Once you're able to break down data structures, using arrays or maps in different languages becomes a matter of adjusting to the subtle differences between them. Once you understand the philosophy behind Object-Oriented Programming, you just have to adapt to the specific approaches between Python, Java, and others.
I have a Bachelor´s degree in Informatics Engineering from the Universidad Centroccidental Lisandro Alvarado (Venezuela).
