I spent three years training individuals with various physical, mental, and visual impairments. I am certified as a Microsoft Master Instructor, Certified Technical Trainer - CTT and a New York State Proprietary Business School Teacher. I have a working knowledge of adaptive technology: JAWS, ZoomText, Magic and Window Eyes.
