Bio

I grew up in Long Island, NY and graduated from Brown University in 2006 with a BA in Chemistry. Prior to working in education, I wrote a screenplay for an independent film producer, worked as Assistant to a Motion Picture Literary Agent at a prominent Hollywood talent agency, and attended medical school at Columbia University for 3 years before withdrawing from matriculation. After that, I completed a Masters in Math Education at CUNY Hunter College and have been teaching ever since. I am certified in New York State in both Mathematics and Chemistry for Grades 7-12.
