Nice to meet you all!
I'm James, and I am a former medical student from Boston University Chobanian and Avedisian School of Medicine. I graduated from Boston University's 7-Year Accelerated BA/MD program, and I have graduated as magna cum laude from the undergraduate with a degree in Medical Science and a minor in Psychology. Furthermore, I will be graduating from my medical school with an "outstanding" distinction, proving me to be within the top 30% of the class. Most of my experiences in tutoring have been countless of test prep, college prep, and medical school prep as I continue on with my medical career and journey.
I've found that having someone in the career position that I hope to be in a few years have helped me immensely and accelerated my growth. I am looking for students to guide with career planning and also helping them stay on track for their future medical goals. I hope to become a role model for students as I received when I was in high school and college, and I want to teach the next generation of students to become experts in their fields. I have been tutoring children and adults of all ages in multiple different areas, including SAT/ACT, MCAT, and even board exams.
Personally, I am hoping to specialize in the physical medicine and rehabilitation, with a focus into sports and spine intervention. This field has grown from my love for sports, and I love to play volleyball and baseball in my free time. I continue to play this sport, and I hope to give back to the industry that I fell in love with. I am extremely responsive and always willing to help out in any way I can besides academics! I am available through most lines of communication and am excited to answer any questions that come my way.
