Essay Writing

As a graduate student in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) with a B.S. in Psychology and a B.S. in Speech-Language Pathology, I bring a strong foundation in language development, learning strategies, and communication skills to my training. My SLP background allows me to integrate personal academic experiences and evidence-based techniques that strengthen reading comprehension, writing clarity, and overall language proficiency. I provide detailed, constructive feedback that helps students identify strengths, address areas for improvement, and apply strategies effectively. In teaching essay writing, I guide students through each stage of the process from structuring a strong paragraph with clear topic sentences and supporting details to creating well-organized essays with logical flow and harmony.

I guide students through strategies to manage and overcome the anxiety often associated with public speaking, addressing both the mental and physical aspects of performance. I focus on articulation, vocal projection, pacing, body language, and audience engagement. My goal is to equip each person with the skills and confidence to connect with their audience and find their voice.
