I am a dedicated educator with a B.A. in Psychology and B.S. in Speech-Language Pathology. I am currently pursing my master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. I hold a Level lll Teaching Assistant License and bring over six years of classroom experience as a Teacher’s Assistant.
My background includes tutoring and supporting students from kindergarten through upper elementary grades, other in one-to-one and small-group settings. I have worked with learners of diverse abilities, tailoring lessons and activities to each child’s strengths, needs and learning style. I focus on building a strong academic foundation while fostering confidence, curiosity and a passion for learning.
In my approach, I combine evidence- based teaching strategies with patience, encouragement and creative problem solving. I believe in meeting students where they are, celebrating progress and making learning and meaningful. Whether helping a kindergartener strengthen early literacy skills or guiding an elementary student through more advanced concept, I strive to create a supportive environment where each child feels capable and motivated to succeed.
