My specialty is European History from Ancient times to the Middle Ages, however I am well versed in all history subjects, including World Religions, US History, Geography, and US Government. My first language is English, however I am moderately proficient in Greek and can understand some Spanish.
If you are looking for someone who is passionate about history and can talk about it for hours then I am the tutor for you. For me it is a living subject, not old stories passed down through the ages. Many students struggle with history because of the way it is taught in public schools. It is compartmentalized as a set of dates and rarely do they show how everything is connected. However, if one really looks into the past we can see how connected everything was and still is; even events that happened hundreds of years ago can still affect our lives today. I am available Monday through Saturday (Weekend hours are limited to mornings through early afternoon only).
