Hello! My name is Kellee, and I specialize in supporting students and families through executive functioning challenges, IEP navigation, and behavior strategies rooted in ABA principles. I bring nearly 20 years of experience working with children with special needs, including 15 years as a paraprofessional and one-to-one aide in both self-contained and inclusion classroom settings. I have supported students across grade levels, including elementary, middle, and high school, implementing curriculum, providing individualized academic and behavioral support, and collaborating with teachers and support teams to meet each student’s unique needs. I also hold a post-baccalaureate degree in ABA Behavioral Science, am a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and have 11 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
My approach is individualized, supportive, and practical. I focus on helping students build essential executive functioning skills such as organization, time management, task initiation, and emotional regulation—skills that are critical for success both in and out of the classroom. I also support parents in understanding and navigating the IEP process so they can confidently advocate for appropriate services and supports. What sets me apart is my ability to combine academic instruction with evidence-based behavioral strategies, allowing me to address not just what a student is learning, but how they learn best. My goal is to create a structured, positive environment where students feel supported, build confidence, and make meaningful progress.
