Hi, I'm Ken. I graduated cum laude with a bachelor's in biomedical science. I firmly believe the scientific disciplines are not only the most important to learn, but that they are also the most fulfilling to learn. Throughout my education, I can say that the classes I performed best in were led by teachers who were passionate about both the subject matter and their students' learning. I work to the same end for my students, doing my best to ensure they understand the material with a calm, pleasant approach.

I have been tutoring students in biology and chemistry both individually and in group sessions at a college-level for three years. During this time, I have collaborated with both students and professors to develop lesson plans for each session, and continue to create, develop, and implement my own proprietary material to assist students in developing a strong understanding of the subjects as a baseline for future study. I have found that many in the scientific community struggle in relaying their lessons to students in an approachable manner; I work to present those concepts in a language that is digestible, comprehensible, and relatable to students—helping build their confidence and academic success in the foundational areas of natural science.
